01

What we collect

When you send a brief, we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, company, project type, budget range, timeline, and message. Basic website analytics may be used to understand traffic and performance.

02

Why we use it

We use the information to reply, scope the work, understand what kind of service mix is relevant, improve the website, and maintain a record of project conversations.

03

What we do not do

We do not sell your inquiry as a marketing asset. We do not run a public account system on this site. The current website phase is intentionally frontend-only.

04

Third-party tools

The contact form may use EmailJS or similar communication tooling to send messages. Analytics, hosting, or communication providers may process limited data as part of running the website.

05

Requests

If you want access, correction, or deletion of information you shared with Zocav, reach out through the contact form or LinkedIn and we will handle the request directly.

Contact Zocav via LinkedIn or the project brief form for privacy requests.
