Terms that separate the public site from real project agreements.

The public website explains the studio. Actual engagement terms are handled in project-specific proposals and agreements.

Contract-specific questions should be handled inside the project proposal or agreement.

01

Website use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability, or operation. Public pages are provided to explain Zocav's services, Labs products, work formats, and project intake process.

02

Project conversations

Submitting a brief starts a conversation. It does not create a paid engagement, guarantee availability, or define scope. Actual work begins only after a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement is accepted.

03

Ownership and IP

Website content, design, presentation, and studio materials belong to Zocav or the original rights holders unless a written agreement says otherwise. Client ownership terms are handled in project-specific agreements.

04

Service scope

Scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, deliverables, responsibilities, and licensing are defined per engagement. Public service descriptions are directional, not a universal contract.

05

Updates

These terms may change as the website, services, Labs products, and operating model evolve. The latest version published here applies to the public website.

Contact Zocav via LinkedIn or the project brief form for terms-related questions.
